ԳՐԱՆՑՄԱՆ ՊԱՅՄԱՆՆԵՐ
Գրանցվելու համար անհրաժեշտ է ուշադիր կարդալ ստորև ներկայացված պայմանները, այնուհետև լրացնել գրանցման հայտը։
* Յուրաքանչյուր թեկնածու անձամբ է լրացնում գրանցման հայտը, բացառություն են կազմում այն դեպքերը, երբ թեկնածուն անչափահաս է և պետք է հանձնի DELF Prim կամ DELF Junior քննություն։ Այս դեպքերում գրանցման հայտը լրացնում է անչափահաս թեկնածուի ծնողը կամ նրա ներկայացուցիչը։
* Թեկնածուն իր անունը և ազգանունը պետք է լրացնի բացառապես լատինատառ (ինչպես նշված է անձը հաստատող փաստաթղթում/նույնականացման քարտում), նա չպետք է օգտագործի կեղծանուն կամ փաղաքշական անուն:
* Հայտը պետք է լրացվի ֆրանսերեն կամ անգլերեն (չի թույլատրվում լրացնել լատինագիր հայերեն):
* Առցանց գրանցվելուց հետո թեկնածուն պետք է կատարի վճարումը և գրանցմանը հաջորդող 24 ժամվա ընթացքում examens@institutfrancais.am էլեկտրոնային հասցեին ուղարկի բանկային փոխանցումը հաստատող լուսածրված անդորրագիրը: (Այս պայմանը չի վերաբերում ՀՖՀՀ այն ուսանողներին, ովքեր առաջին անգամ են հանձնում DELF քննություն)։
* Եթե թեկնածուն լրացնում է հայտը, սակայն 24 ժամվա ընթացքում չի ուղարկում վճարման անդորրագիրը, ապա նրա գրանցումն անվավեր է։
* Եթե թեկնածուն կատարում է վճարումը, ուղարկում է վճարման անդորրագիրր, սակայն գրանցման հայտ չի լրացնում, ապա նրա գրանցումն անվավեր է։ Գրանցումը վավերացնելու համար անհրաժեշտ է վճարմանը հաջորդող 24 ժամվա ընթացքում լրացնել գրանցման թերթիկը։
* Բոլոր գրանցումները վերջնական են։ Վճարումները փոխհատուցման ենթակա չեն։

ՈՒՇԱԴՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ. Քննությունների գրանցման հայտը լրացնելուց առաջ ուշադիր կարդալ դրա բոլոր կետերը, այնուհետև խնամքով լրացնել այն` տրամադրելով ստույգ և ճշգրիտ տվյալներ: Գրանցման հայտը լրացվում է մեկ անգամ: Եթե միևնույն թեկնածուն լրացնի մեկից ավելի գրանցման հայտ, ապա նրա գրանցումը համարվում է անվավեր: Հայաստանի ֆրանսիական ինստիտուտը պատասխանատվություն չի կրում տրամադրված թերի, անստույգ և ոչ ճշգրիտ տվյալների համար:

ՈՒՇԱԴՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ․ Քննությունների օրերն ու ժամերը տեղափոխելի չեն, հետևաբար թեկնածուներին խորհուրդ ենք տալիս ուշադիր պլանավորել իրենց քննաշրջանը և DELF/DALF քննությունների հայտարարված ամսաթվերին չպլանավորել մասնակցություն այլ միջոցառումների, քննությունների կամ մրցույթների։

ՈՒՇԱԴՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ․ DELF/DALF քննությունները վերաքննություններ չեն նախատեսում։

ՈՒՇԱԴՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ․ DELF/DALF քննությունների կազմակերպիչը France Education International ֆրանսիական պետական կառույցն է։ Քննությունների արդյունքների հրապարակման ժամկետը ըստ այդ կառույցի կանոնակարգի մինչև 2 (երկու) ամիս է՝ հաշված տվյալ քննաշրջանի վերջին քննության ամսաթվից։ Քննաշրջանների փակումը կատարվում է ավտոմատ եղանակով կառույցի էլեկտրոնային հարթակի կողմից, և Հայաստանում ֆրանսիական ինստիտուտը որևէ ուղիղ կամ անուղղակի միջամտություն չունի քննաշրջանների փակման հարցում։ Եթե երկու քննաշրջանների միջակայքում նախորդող քննաշրջանը դեռ չի փակվել հարթակի կողմից, այն թույլ չի տալու գրանցվել հաջորդ քննաշրջանին։

ՈՒՇԱԴՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ․ DELF/DALF քննություններին գրանցվելիս թեկնածուն պետք է տրամադրի գործող և նրա կողմից առավել հաճախ օգտագործվող էլ․ հասցե․ քննությունների վերաբերյալ ծանուցումները նա ստանալու է այդ հասցեով։ Խորհուրդ է տրվում քննաշրջանի ընթացքում հաճախակի ստուգել էլ․ փոստի «SPAM» պանակը։

ՈՒՇԱԴՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ․ DELF B2 քննաշրջանի մասնակիցների առավելագույն թիվը 230 է: Հայտերի ընդունումը կավարտվի 230-րդ հայտատուի գրանցումից հետո: Գրանցման ավարտի մասին հայտարարությունը կտեղադրվի Հայաստանում Ֆրանսիայի դեսպանատան կայքում։

Գրանցված թեկնածուները քննության մասնակցության ծանուցումը կստանան ամենաուշը առաջին քննությունից 24 ժամ առաջ։

CONDITIONS D’INSCRIPTION
Pour s’inscrire à la session DELF/DALF, il est nécessaire de lire attentivement les conditions ci-dessous, puis de remplir le formulaire d’inscription.
* Chaque candidat remplit personnellement le formulaire d’inscription, à l’exception des cas où le candidat est mineur et souhaite passer le DELF Prim ou le DELF Junior. Dans ces cas précis, le formulaire est rempli par le parent ou le représentant légal du candidat mineur.
* Le candidat doit inscrire son prénom et son nom exclusivement en lettres latines, tels qu’ils figurent sur sa pièce d’identité. Il ne doit pas utiliser de pseudonyme ni de diminutif.
* Le formulaire doit être rempli en français ou en anglais (les inscriptions en arménien translittéré en lettres latines ne sont pas autorisées).
* Après l’inscription en ligne, le candidat doit effectuer le paiement et envoyer à l’adresse examens@institutfrancais.am le reçu scanné du virement bancaire dans un délai de 24 heures suivant l’inscription. (Cette condition ne s’applique pas aux étudiants de l’Université française en Arménie qui passent les épreuves de DELF pour la première fois).
* Si le candidat s’inscrit à la session, mais n’envoie pas le reçu de paiement dans les 24 heures suivant son inscription, son inscription sera considérée comme nulle.
* Si le candidat effectue le paiement et envoie le reçu, mais ne soumet pas le formulaire d’inscription, son inscription sera également considérée comme nulle. Pour faire valider l’inscription, il est impératif de remplir le formulaire et de le soumettre dans les 24 heures suivant le paiement.
* Toutes les inscriptions sont définitives. Aucun remboursement ne sera effectué.

ATTENTION : Avant de remplir le formulaire d’inscription aux examens, veuillez lire attentivement toutes les sections, puis le remplir soigneusement en fournissant des informations fiables et correctes.
Le formulaire ne doit être rempli qu'une seule fois. Si un même candidat soumet plusieurs formulaires, son inscription sera considérée comme nulle.
L’Institut français d’Arménie décline toute responsabilité en cas d’informations incomplètes, inexactes ou erronées fournies par le candidat.

ATTENTION : Les dates et les heures des examens ne sont pas modifiables. Il est donc fortement recommandé aux candidats de planifier attentivement leur période d’examens et de ne pas prévoir d’autres événements, inscriptions à d’autres examens ou concours ayant lieu aux mêmes créneaux que les épreuves de DELF/DALF.

ATTENTION : Le dispositif DELF/DALF ne prévoit pas de sessions de rattrapage.

ATTENTION : L’organisme chargé de l’organisation des examens DELF/DALF est France Education International, une institution publique française. Conformément au règlement de cet organisme, le délai de publication des résultats peut aller jusqu’à deux (2) mois, à compter de la date de la dernière épreuve de la session concernée. La clôture des sessions est effectuée automatiquement par la plateforme électronique de l’organisme, et l’Institut français en Arménie n’a aucune intervention directe ou indirecte dans ce processus. Si une session précédente n’a pas encore été clôturée par la plateforme, il ne sera pas possible de s’inscrire à la session suivante.

ATTENTION : Lors de l'inscription aux examens DELF/DALF, le candidat doit fournir une adresse électronique valide qu’il utilise fréquemment. Les notifications concernant les examens seront envoyées à cette adresse. Il est recommandé de vérifier régulièrement le dossier « SPAM » de la messagerie pendant la période des sessions.

ATTENTION : Le nombre maximum de participants pour la session DELF B2 est de 230 candidats.

L’inscription sera clôturée dès que le 230ème candidat sera inscrit. Une annonce sera publiée sur le site de l’Ambassade de France en Arménie pour signaler la fin des inscriptions.

Les candidats inscrits recevront leur convocation à l’examen au plus tard 24 heures avant la première épreuve.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS
To apply, it is necessary to carefully read the conditions below, then complete the application form.
* Each candidate must personally complete the application form, except in cases where the candidate is a minor and wishes to take the DELF Prim or DELF Junior exam. In these specific cases, the form must be completed by the candidate’s parent or legal representative.
* The candidate must enter their first name and last name exclusively in Latin letters, as they appear on their identification document. They must not use a pseudonym or a diminutive.
* The form must be completed in French or English (applications submitted in Armenian or Armenian written in Latin letters are not accepted).
* After submitting the online application, the candidate must make the payment and send the scanned receipt of the bank transfer to the email address examens@institutfrancais.am within 24 hours of applying. (This condition does not apply to students of the French University in Armenia who are taking the DELF exam for the first time.)
* If the candidate applies but does not send the payment receipt within 24 hours, the application will be considered invalid.
* If the candidate makes the payment and sends the receipt but does not complete the application form, the application will also be considered invalid.
* To validate the application, the application must be submitted within 24 hours following the payment.
* All applications are final. No refunds will be issued.

ATTENTION: Before completing the exam application form, please read all sections carefully, and fill it out thoroughly, providing accurate and reliable information.
The form must be completed only once. If the same candidate submits multiple forms, their application will be considered invalid.
The French Institute of Armenia is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect information provided by the candidate.

ATTENTION: The dates and times of the exams cannot be changed. Therefore, candidates are strongly advised to plan their exam period carefully and not to schedule other events, exams, or competitions during the same period as the DELF/DALF exams.

ATTENTION: No resit sessions are available for the DELF-DALF exams.

ATTENTION: The body responsible for organizing the DELF/DALF exams is France Education International, a French public institution. According to its regulations, the publication of exam results may take up to two (2) months from the date of the final exam in the given session. Sessions are automatically closed by the organization’s electronic platform, and the French Institute in Armenia has neither direct nor indirect involvement in the session closure process. If a previous session has not yet been closed by the platform, it will not be possible to register for the next exam session.

ATTENTION: When applying for the DELF/DALF exams, the candidate must provide a valid email address that they use frequently. Notifications regarding the exams will be sent to that address. It is recommended to regularly check the email "SPAM" folder during the sessions period.

ATTENTION: The maximum number of participants for the DELF B2 session is 230 candidates. Applications will close as soon as the 230th candidate is registered. An announcement will be published on the website of the Embassy of France in Armenia to indicate the end of the application period.

Candidates will receive their exam notification no later than 24 hours before the first exam.
